Richmond Performance Parts was established in 1942! With our many years of professional experience, we have grown to become Metro-Detroit's largest and most respected automotive recyclers.
Remember also that all of our parts are removed from complete vehicles that are on-site, so if you need that extra piece (molding, trim, emblem, interior, etc.) to finish the job or make life easier, we probably have that too.
As a green company that cares for the environment, 90% of our packaging comes from recycled and reused materials.
All of our parts are checked and tested to ensure the highest quality. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction - if you aren't happy, we aren't happy!

Payment

We accept Paypal, including credit cards transacted through PayPal; additional payment options--debit and cash--availabe if paid at our physical store

Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of Michigan.

Shipping

We ship by UPS, USPS, FedEx and regional freight/LTL carriers.

Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees may apply.

Most items ship within 1 business day of payment

Most heavy items (engines, transmissions, etc.) will be shipped via freight carrier.

All shipping charges are for the continental United States only. If you are from Hawaii, Alaska, or a US Territory, please request a shipping quote before bidding and we will do what we can to keep the cost low

We are happy to ship to a PO Box, but sometimes the size of the item prohibits us from shipping your order cost effectively via USPS. In that case, we reserve the right to request an actual street address.

If you have an issue with a part we have sent you, it is NOT necessary to start a "return request" through eBay. We prefer that you contact us directly using one of the methods on your invoice so that we can take care of your issue promptly.
